MODUL SYSTEME has transferred more than 100
complete second hand plants and has become a pro-
ven partner for successful transfers. The service
includes extensive consulting and individual project
planning by experienced engineers considering local
requirements and circumstances.

Comprehensive know how safeguards the profes-
sional transfer of the plant. A qualified team attends
to all stages of the transfer from dismantling to
packing, shipping and re-installation and commissio-
ning.

MODUL SYSTEME can also offer a mix of new and
second hand machines for a new plant or
incorporates new machines into existing plants.

New plants
MODUL SYSTEME supplies complete plants to
produce particleboards or MDF using the original
BERSTORFF calender presses (Mende system).

MODUL SYSTEME is also offering facilities to
produce mineral bonded particleboards (cement or gypsum) based on the Bison technology.

  MODUL SYSTEME operates the largest store for
  second hand panel board machinery worldwide
  with a total area of more than 85.000 m²
  (14.000 m² covered).

  A substantial number of second hand machinery –
  some of them already reconditioned – as well as
  complete production lines are available ex stock.

  After a long standing association of many years,
  Springer M-R-S is now a majority owned subsidiary
  of MODUL SYSTEME, located on the premises.

  Springer M-R-S designs and manufactures brand
  new glue kitchens, mixers and dosing bins.
  They also offer newly fabricated replacement
  parts for machine updates. Custom designed
  forming stations are a speciality, alongside
  brand new board transfer system for calendar
  lines.

  The company also specializes in machine
  reconditioning for the board industries.

  Since November 2008 Springer-M-R-S has
  resumed the activities of Messrs. De Mets NV,
  Belgium in the field of press manufacturing.
